Pop-up windows are one the most annoying aspects of surfing the Internet. Designed to get your attention and probably successful to a certain degree, most people find them an interruption. Now, with the help of Zero-Popup you will no longer have to close those windows yourself.

Because some pop-ups are a result of your click on a link on a web-page, Zero-Popup differentiates those pop-up windows from the "unsolicited" ones used for advertising. Your navigation of a web site will not be hindered in any way.

A recently added optional feature is the ability to block multimedia and floating banner ads. Zero-Popup can even "collapse and clean" the space occupied by those ads!

Hitting F10 can enable/disable Zero-Popup. Other hot keys enable sound and the tray icon.

Visual and audible clues can be used to let you know how often popup ads are blocked. If there is a certain web site that you want to allow pop-up windows from, it can be added to Zero-Popup's White List.

Zero-Popup is a very small utility that integrates with IE 4.0 and higher and consumes very little system resources. Zero-Popup may even speed up your browsing experience by preventing the transmission of data to your PC that is unnecessary/unwanted. Rounding out the feature list is a log file that keeps track of what sites have had ads blocked.

For less than $15, you can make your web journeys much more enjoyable.
